guys omg i made this super yummy dish yesterday after my workout and it’s really good for you and it happens to be vegan too! it’s a quinoa base with fresh chickpeas, chopped up spinach and arugula, baby tomatoes, red peppers, freshly pressed garlic, and some spices with light oil & vinegar and it’s fantastic i can’t stop eating it. For those of you who like meat and cheese, chicken and feta cheese are great add-ins to dishes with olive oil in it too!
