Another smoothie bowl to start my day! I went to bed and woke up with a sore throat and cough so let’s hope all these nutrients help cure me!
Recipe:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup frozen mango
- vanilla Greek yogurt (any flavor works)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkBlend together. Mix in 1 tbsp chia seeds and add any toppings of your choice. Today for me was unsweetened coconut, fiber cereal and blueberry oat crisps.
