Next up was quinoa two ways, one for breakfast, one for lunch/dinner. 2 cups of quinoa and 4 cups of water in a rice cooker makes the perfect quinoa, but makes a pretty big batch so maybe 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water if you’re cooking for just yourself.
I sautéed veggies and mixed them in one batch and cooked fresh blueberries with almond milk and brown sugar for another batch.
