Beef Burgers anyone?

ingredients (4servings):
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 onion (cut in to little pieces)
– 1 egg
– ½ red pepper (paprika)(cut in to little pieces)
– 1 tomato (cut in to little pieces)
– 1 clove garlic (grated)
– 2 tablespoons fresh herbes like parsley and coriander (cut in to little pieces)
– a bit of panco or breadcrumbs

Directions:
– take a bowl and put all ingredients in exept the egg and the breadcrumbs/panco
– mix everything in the bowl
– whisk the egg
– put the egg with the rest and mix again
– add some fresh black pepper
– add some panco/ breadcrumbts (as much as needed, best is to use just a bit)
– mix again
– make 4 big burgers
– put in a pan and bake each side for a few minutes
