breakfast this morning was gooood- banana/spinach/mango/berry/ginger/chia smoothie with fresh blubes, goji berries, cacao nibs, desiccated coconut and flax seed mhmmmm
first big breakfast since israel, been eating about 200 calories a day for a couple of weeks, feels amazing being back on a healthy amount of food
