Today’s post-run protein smoothie:

• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 2 ice cubes
• 1 peach
• 1 scoop VVPP
• ½ frozen banana

I honestly wish I hadn’t waited so long to whip up this combo. Hands down my favorite smoothie flavor so far! Recovery done SO right!
