Okay I’m back on the bandwagon!! Finally. Uni has settled back in, and I’m going on a holiday in January. So I know that if I don’t loose any weight before then, it will ruin my holiday. If that isn’t motivation enough then nothing will be!

If anyone can give me some tips with nutrition or exercise so that I can optimise my weight loss before January, that would be greatly appreciated! Otherwise I’ll keep doing my thing and see how I progress :) I think I just need to keep my motivation high more than anything, I have a habit of getting really discouraged.

Current weight: 84kg
Goal weight: 60kg.

By January? I’m not sure how much is safe or possible to loose. I would love to be at least 70kg … I think that is reasonable.
